Tasting Notes
Nose: Slight minty note, turning to blood orange and copper. Red cinnamon and Meranti hardwood. Lots of oak and sweeter but crisp citrus.
Palate: Lots of oak and sweeter but crisp citrus. Remarkably complex with both tropical and classic notes.
Finish: A rather hot and teary finish that leaves a dry and hardwood sawdust flavor. Long, but impactful.
