Tasting Notes
Nose: Very refined and elegant. Seashells and beach bonfire, alongside subtle white fruits and lemon oil. A little kiwi tartness with fresh coastal breezes.
Palate: Refined smoky notes balanced by gentle fruit sweetness. The refill hogshead allows the distillery character to shine — maritime, ashy, with hints of citrus peel.
Finish: Long, coastal smoke with lingering ash and a touch of salted caramel.
