Online tasting note for reference:
This is initially quite a complex malt that takes the addition of a little water to release the peaty nose. There is also a hint of licorice coming through. This is really a very pleasant typical Lowland malt with a sweet sherry initial taste, which comes from the cask in which it was matured.
