Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Preserved cherries, sultanas, fig jam, stewed blackberries and cassis soda, with hints of sour cherry liqueur, demerara sugar, apple pie with marzipan, a rich sherry-brandy note and light coffee in the background.
Palate: A full-on sherry bomb with abundant blackcurrant, blackberry and cherries, raspberry chocolate ganache, then toasted wood, black pepper, mild herbs and chocolate, with gingerbread, oranges and brown sugar.
Finish: Long, with black pepper, mint chocolate and a subtle suggestion of tobacco.
