Online tasting note for reference-

Nose- Citrus and fresh ginger, spicy European oak casks with baking spices (cinnamon, allspice, cloves), dark cherries, cherry pipe tobacco, cracked cherry stones, marzipan, dark chocolate with orange bits, and dark dried fruits.

Palate- Light spirit meets good sherry casks, slightly alcoholic and dry-ish yet mouth-coating, malty sweetness with fresh oak and spices (spent cinnamon, allspice, cloves), dark chocolate, cherry-flavoured pipe tobacco, dried cherries, and dried plums.

Finish- Long, slightly nippy and dry, with fruity/malty sweetness, spicy European oak cask notes, and a spent match towards the end.
