Nose: Caramel apples, oak wood and vanilla with sherried notes of dried fruits, citrus peel and warming spices
Palate: Heavily sherried and wonderfully sweet with spices, orchard fruits and oak wood. Caramel, vanilla and fresh cut grass add lovely richness
Finish: Long and lingers on sherried spices and oak wood
