Aroma:
Seductive, with notes of caramelized honey, sandalwood and even frankincense, the influence of the former sherry cask.
Taste:
On the palate, the honey expands into oat biscuits, peanut brittle, molasses and antique wood.
Aftertaste:
Surprisingly dry, a bit bitter but also sweet with notes of pepper and coffee.
