Mild, fruity, apples, pears, quince jam, honey, vanilla, toffee, nutmeg, notes of fresh herbs, beeswax and oak.
Taste:
Fruity, plums, apricots, cherries, orange peel, milk chocolate, caramel cream, honey, toffee, white pepper, candied ginger and a slight bitterness of oak.
Finish:
Medium long, quite spicy, with notes of white pepper, ginger, lemongrass, honey, summer fruit and oak tannins.
