The box design has a great historical feel.
Although it is a NAS (No Age Statement) release, it received very good reviews upon its launch.

Nose:
Damson jam, toasted teacake with butter, festive spices, and a hint of waxy orange.

Palate:
Christmas cake, mint chocolate, stewed berries, strong coffee, prune.

Finish:
Lingering spiced fruit compote, blackcurrant jelly, and mahogany.
