Nose:
Bursting with cinnamon, grilled pineapple and mocha, with hints of dried wild berries, dark chocolate and charred orange peel.

Taste:
Lashings of bramble tart, muscovado sugar and toasted almonds, followed by dried fig, candied sultanas and heather honey.
