Nose: Baked orange, rich mocha and heather honey, with crystallised brown sugar, buttercream, molasses and candied hazelnuts.
Palate: Bramble syrup, honeycomb and treacle tart, followed by rich cocoa, almonds and spiced blood orange, with crème de cassis and crystallised ginger.
Finish: Long, warming and richly sweet, with lingering cocoa, spiced blood orange and crystallised ginger.
