Nose-
Lashings of mocha, liquorice and sultanas, followed by muscovado sugar, honey glazed cherries and ripe orchard fruits.

Taste-
Waves of heather honey, cinnamon spice and caramelised brown sugar, followed by treacle, ginger and orange peel.
