Online tasting note for reference:

Nose: Pronounced barley malt almost like new make, freshly cut grass, wild flowers and a clear apple note with other fruity aromas including pear, with a light veil of ethereal vanilla.

Palate: Very light-bodied and extremely delicate, showing toasted nuts (especially hazelnuts and almonds), becoming quite dry and losing much of the fruity character.

Finish: Short, with toasted nuts, vanilla and a slight fruity touch of unripe green apples.
