Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Pear and apple lead the way. Vanilla and light honey follow with a soft malty note. A touch of white pepper and oak adds a little lift.
Palate: Light and smooth, with fresh orchard fruit and gentle sweetness. Vanilla and a hint of caramel round it out. A subtle spice appears toward the end to keep it lively.
Finish: Short to medium with a neat, drying edge. Fruit and vanilla linger briefly. It fades into a soft, spicy oak note that stays clean.
