Nosing: Lemons and oak. Behind it are spices and sherry.

Tasting: Oily on the tongue. It primarily tastes of vanilla and raspberries. There is peat smoke behind it, which introduces the spicy finish.

Finish: Long-lasting. The single cask whisky says goodbye with candied ginger and apples. A hint of lemon lasts a long time.
