Nose: Powerful and layered with brown caramel, dried fruits, vanilla and deep woody nuances, along with dried fruit and nuts, citrus zest, refined wood, roasted accents, caramel and complex spices of ginger and nutmeg with sweet notes of honey and caramel.

Palate: Dense, ample and super rich with toasted oak, cocoa, caramelised sugar and burnt brown sugar, medium-bodied and creamy with a broad punchiness leading to gentle pepperiness, confectionary and sweet herbal tones, earthy spice roots, brown sugar, root beer and cola, vanilla and juicy fruits including grapes, gooseberries, plums and prunes.

Finish: Long and persistent, marked by spices, wood and a slight elegant bitterness, with savoury bitterness of burnt brown sugar and earthy medicinal roots, sweet herbal notes, dark fruits of plums and prunes, classic licorice bitterness, deep warmth, touch peppery with lingering rancio, brown sugar and licorice herbal earthiness.
