Nose:
A lot of fresh putty at first, fresh marzipan, dairies, pine needles, cones.

Mouth:
Typical herbal teas and saps starting to come through (pinesap), very elegant, with some hops, pink grapefruits, lime tree tea, orange blossom, old chardonnay and matching limestone.

Finish:
Medium, reminding some very old Cognacs.
