Nose: Wet old oak and wet roots, with a hint of funky dunnage, then pencil shavings, limes and mint leaf after about half an hour.

Palate: Bitter wet cardboard and stout up front, followed by vanilla, brown sugar, sawdust, dusty smoke and a hint of lemon.

Finish: Brief, with notes of iron, sawdust and brown sugar.
