Nosing-
The farm whiskey has a fruity profile on the nose. There is also vanilla and spicy oak.
Tasting-
The Daftmill Winter Batch Release 2010/2023 has a pleasant and balanced taste. It has aromas of orchard fruits with a pleasant sweetness of vanilla. This pairs with a touch of spicy oak and cinnamon.
Finish-
The single malt from the Lowlands has a medium-long fruity-spicy finish. Impressions of vanilla and spicy oak linger on the palate.
