Online tasting notes for reference-

Nose-
A tart apple aroma, dried vanilla beans and buttery shortbread. Spicy lemon aromas round off the smell.

Palate-
Mild with a delicate mouthfeel. The sweetness at the start is paired with a gentle oak note. The pleasantly round taste of vanilla and cardamom give the 12-year-old Daftmill a spicy depth.

Finish-
Long-lasting with oak. A warming sweetness of shortbread, some marzipan and almonds combined with a hint of citrus remain.
