Tasting Note from Master of Malt for reference-

Nose-
Wonderfully fruity aromas of preserved peaches in syrup, custard eclairs and lemon syrup with hints of hazelnut spread develop after a period of breathing in the glass.

Palate-
The palate is invigorating with notes of sweet brioche, buttered popcorn, lemon zest and an almost hoppy fruitiness before developing into fuller notes of dried apricots.

Finish-
Finish Smooth with a hint of vanilla and some lingering spice.
