Online tasting note for reference:

Nose: Cool sea breeze, green malt and lemon zest, followed by vanilla, liquorice, ripe pear and a gentle hint of smoke and peat. With time, cedar wood, clove, pepper, balsamic notes and soft honeyed sweetness. Fresh and subtle, swept by a salty sea breeze with green barley, licorice, vanilla, candied lemon and Williams pear. As it breathes, balsamic (cedar), spicy (clove, pepper), medicinal (balm) and honeyed (acacia) scents.

Palate: Rich and refined with an oily texture carrying gentle peat smoke, tropical fruit such as pineapple and banana, beeswax, acacia honey, light herbal notes of chamomile and verbena, rounded off by coconut and soft oak. Full-bodied and slender, supported by rich oily peat, enlivened by exotic fruits (pineapple, banana), beeswax and acacia honey, then chamomile, verbena, aquatic (reed, rush) and milky (coconut) notes. Lemon drops, brine, beeswax, liquorice wood.

Finish: Long and concentrated with liquorice-and-anise-tinged peat, a touch of eucalyptus, saline coastal notes and delicate green tones like courgette blossom and pea shoots. Rich and concentrated with licorice-like peat, aniseed, slightly empyreumatic (eucalyptus), herbaceous (salicornia, sea kale) and vegetable (zucchini flower, peas) flavors, gradually fermented (barley porridge).
