Tasting note from Master of Malt for reference

Nose:
Loads of smoky peat aromas, balanced by dried cherry and prune sweetness, a sweet floral note and a touch of bonfire smoke with a waxy citrus peel.

Palate:
Sweet and smoky intertwine with smoked meats, a hint of salt, oak char and dried fruit notes, with fresh, ripe cherries.

Finish:
Rock salt and maritime smoke with a dash of red fruit and a dry oaky finish.
