Nose This whisky is intended to be a pastry of a dram and we get that immediately on the nose, with frangipane, croissant, pineapple cubes, cinnamon, and apricot yoghurt.

Palate Generous layers of fruit lead the way, with juicy peach and nectarine, poached pear, and tropical notes of pineapple.

Finish The finish gently waves away with tropical fruit, warm pastries, and marzipan.
