Online tasting note for reference:

Nose :
Smooth and dynamic. Behind notes of wax and wildflower honey appear fragrances of candied citrus fruit (lemon, grapefruit) and grated ginger. Airing reveals more medicinal (balm) and spicy (pepper, nutmeg) notes.

Palate :
Lively yet creamy. Equipped with a pleasant acidity (brandied cherries, lemon, pineapple), the attack reveals flavours of rice pudding, almond paste and coriander. Candied fruits (pear, plum) soften the flavour palette.

Overall :
Long, concentrated. The mineral start of the finish (chalk) becomes tangy (citrus fruit zest) and medicinal (mustard seed). In the after-taste, sweet spices (cinnamon, ginger) and toffee notes are coated in a fine layer of wax and salted butter caramel.
