superbly fresh and vividly on green and yellow fruits, plums, nectarines and flower nectars. Then a rush of honey underneath. Very approachable and inviting and showing a classic, fruity Fins Bois profile.

Palate
at a perfect natural strength showing a great balance between fresher, fruitier components and slightly deeper, richer notes of herbal wines, dried flowers and earthier notes. Rich, mouth coating and satisfying.

Finish
long, on flower nectars and pollens, quinces and green fruit salads drizzled with honey.
