Online tasting note for reference-

Nose- The peat weaves its way through different levels of toastiness, combining toasted marshmallows with lemon tartlet, grilled peach, mango, apricot, malt biscuits, coconut, and cocoa pralines. Smoke alternates between burnt wood, herbs, and an iodised, almost medicinal vein, with a burnt vegetable undertone.

Palate- Arboreal notes dominate, with wood and mowing, coastal notes of seafood and brine, distinct spiciness (ginger, black pepper, coriander, aniseed), followed by burnt pastries and biscuits, fruit (peach, apple, pear, apricot, lemon, ginger), and aromatic herbs like rosemary and sage.

Finish- Fairly long, with spices, pastry, fruity, marine, and vegetable notes, all framed by a lingering bonfire.
