Nose: Light and sweet with honey and cracker notes, slightly dusty tones and noticeable cork aroma.

Palate: Slightly powdery mouthfeel with malt, syrup and pronounced grain-derived cereal sweetness, developing a smoky character from mid-palate toward the end.

Finish: Smoky and bitter, with inland-style peat that slowly permeates and lingers.
