[Nose] Rounded and full, with deep dark chocolate, toasted smoked ham, and a savory saltiness. Accompanied by seaweed, damp peat, campfire smoke, and ash, layered with rich candied notes, smoked longan, walnut, and almond nuttiness. Hints of charred wood, dried fruits, raisins, nectarine, and black cherries follow.

[Palate] Surprisingly soft and silky on entry with a high oily texture. Intense peat and nutty character dominate, perfectly reflecting the malt and cask influence. Smoked bacon and savory meatiness are clear, with charred oak and campfire smoke, combined with ripe and dried tropical fruits, followed by caramel, raisins, apricot, and dark chocolate.

[Finish] Long and lingering, with a persistent nutty finish.

[Conclusion] Beautifully deep, this is a masterpiece of "Peated Sherry" that maintains a powerful style while keeping an oily, smooth texture. Even fully matured in a PX Sherry cask, it never feels overly sweet. Despite the young age, it lacks harshness—truly impressive.
