The Casky Whisky Mooncake Gift Box includes Ledaig 2007 16yo Sherry Single Yolk White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncakes and Clynelish 14 Jasmine Yuzu Mochi Mooncakes, 2 pieces of each (total 4 pieces), handmade locally, guaranteed fresh.

For the traditional Single Yolk White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake, this time we used Cask Strength Ledaig 2007 16 Year Old Sherry Cask to soak the salted egg yolks. The savory, peat, and sherry cask flavors fully integrate, adding rich layers that complement each other.

For whisky enthusiasts, you can additionally purchase a 50ml bottle of Ledaig 2007 16yo Sherry Butt for an extra HK$208 to try alongside!

The other whisky mooncake, the Jasmine Yuzu Mochi Mooncake, uses Clynelish 14. The honeyed, floral waxiness of the 'little cat' brings out the jasmine tea notes and the sweet and sour aroma of yuzu, enhanced by the texture of the mochi!
