The traditional Salted Egg Yolk White Lotus mooncake features a Cask Strength Ledaig 2007 16 Years Old Sherry Single Cask infusion for the salted egg yolk. The savory notes, peat, and sherry cask flavors are perfectly balanced and enriched with layers of complexity.

For true whisky lovers, you can purchase an additional HK$208 Ledaig 2007 16 Years Old Sherry Butt (50ml) to pair and taste together!

The Jasmine Pomelo Mochi mooncake is made with Clynelish 14. The distillery's signature honeyed floral waxiness brings out the jasmine tea notes and the sweet-and-sour pomelo, while the mochi adds a delightful texture!
