Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Soft and lingering peat smoke with elegant dried fruit sweetness. Opening up to a bonfire-like warmth, honey-glazed bacon, intertwined with the silky sweetness of cream and toffee, and finally hints of charming old leather and sweet almonds.
Palate: Peat bursts on the palate! Packed with roasted and nutty aromas, accompanied by rich smoked honey and almonds. The body is extremely full and explosive, later blooming in the mouth with classic seaweed and maritime salinity.
Finish: Long and lingering, featuring warm spice notes, eventually transforming into char-grilled meat and gentle peat smoke.
