Nose: Soft and lingering peat smoke, carrying elegant sweet dried fruit notes. Opening up to a bonfire-like warmth, bacon glazed with honey, intertwined with a silky sweet aroma of cream and toffee behind, finally revealing appealing old leather and sweet almond aromas.
Palate: Peat bursts forth on the palate! Full of toasted and nutty aromas, accompanied by rich smoked honeyed almonds. The body is exceptionally full and explosive, subsequently blossoming in the mouth with classic seaweed and marine salinity.
Finish: Long and lingering, featuring a warm spice flavor, eventually transforming into char-grilled meat aromas and a soft peat nuance.
