Nose:
Salty sea breeze opens things up alongside treacle toffee, pear drops, and earthy oak char.

Palate:
Sweet apple crumble with maple syrup, tangy citrus, soft peat smoke, and hints of heather. Toasted oak brings wafts of creamy vanilla and baking spice with musty cigar box beneath.

Finish:
Oily oak, spiced fruit buns, slightly vegetal peat with lingering prickles of pepper.
