Nose: Stewed apples, plums, green grapes, Calvados, grapefruit, iodine, ash, salted caramel, vanilla, and leather, with subdued peat smoke.

Palate: Lightly spicy at first, then sweet and fruity, with honey, dried apricots, grapefruit, iodine, salted caramel, and increasingly prominent peat smoke.

Finish: Medium-long, smoky, with earthy ash and bitter chocolate.
