Aroma: Lots of smoke, phenolic and slightly medicinal. Some vanilla and sweet malt.

Taste: Intense and powerful on the tongue. A vanilla sweetness is replaced by smoke, ash and salt. Behind this are earthy moss notes and pepper.

Finish: Long lasting and smoky with phenol and salt.
