Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Earthy peaty peanut, sweet floral violets and roses, pineapple cube sweets, peaches, gentle smoke and sea air, vanilla and honey with a mineral edge.
Palate: Sweet and fruity at first with pineapple, peach and citrus, then becoming more coastal and medicinal with peat smoke, TCP, seaweed, salt and pepper, hints of nuts and vanilla.
Finish: Long, smoky and coastal with lingering medicinal peat, brine, gentle sweetness and drying oak spice.
