Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: The cask speaks clearly. The spirit is young, expressive and fresh. Notes of oak shavings, candy floss, bananas, vanilla milkshake and syrup. Subtle hints of varnish, glue, green plums and oat cakes. Develops pleasant floral notes over time. A few drops of water reveal additional hints of apricots.
Palate: Robust oak influence without excessive dryness. Sweet popcorn, salted butter, white pepper and mentholated undertones. A greedy sweetness of caramel and fruit candy prevails, with hints of kiwi, lemon, plums, almonds, varnish, and a subtle touch of potpourri.
Finish: Long, with a bright citrus zest, grassy hints and delicate floral touches.
