Bunnahabhain Hand-filled 11YO Manzanilla 54.2%, 200ml

Manzanilla is made similarly to Fino, but aged in a coastal city, which is relatively cooler and more humid. Theoretically, this climate gives Manzanilla a saltier tang compared to Fino.

Nose
Balance of rich spice and sweetness, toffee, caramel and vanilla ice cream, hints of cherry and dark chocolate.

Palate
Salted caramel, toffee and cream, liquorice and star anise come through, along with brine notes and coffee and dark chocolate.

Finish
Lingering soft toffee/caramel sweetness, brine notes increase in balance with the coffee and chocolate notes, cinnamon and oak wood notes at the finish
