A Bunna rich with toffee, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and dried fruit notes.

Amontillado is a type of Sherry darker than Fino but lighter than Oloroso.
Naturally, Amontillado is achieved when the Flor (yeast layer) dies naturally, allowing the wine to interact with air, resulting in a transition from biological aging to oxidative aging, giving the liquid characteristics of both aging processes.
