Official Tasting Notes for reference:
Colour – Tawny
Nose – Rich with tobacco, old leather, heather, iodine and spices, honey sweetness, rich treacle and beeswax
Taste – Complex and rich with sweet notes of toffee and treacle, strong Pedro Ximenez influence, oak spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, sweet woody notes of vanilla, light coconut, oranges and peat.
Finish – Smoky with long lasting barbecued meat notes complemented by red berries and sea salt
