Nose:
Ripe mango and lime mingle with spice pudding and apple biscuit. In addition, there is an intense maltiness together with a hint of grated coconut.
Palate:
Noticeably thick with a wonderful mouthfeel. Dried malt develops into fresh citrus, apricot yoghurt and banana bread, with hints of wood smoke.
Finish:
The finish brings spicy crème brûlée, dried apples and a delicious note of ripe pineapple.
