Nose-
Initially quite tight, and a drop of water helps the smoky aromas rise up giving peat smoke paired with a backbone of citrusy fruit loaf.

Palate-
Pleasingly thick showing coastal peat, dried fruit, mango, figs and spiced melon.

Finish-
The lingering finish of Islay's peat and Italy's sweet spicy fruit notes ensure you'll be back for another dram!
