Palate- Juicy, fruity layers of plump raisins, dates, plums, and figs, followed by burnt biscuits, woody cinnamon, and peppery peat smoke.

Finish- Smoke lingers alongside candied fruits, a touch of ginger, and peppercorn warmth.
