Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: A soft wave of earthy peat and gentle woodsmoke wrapped in rich vanilla cream, with floral notes, pine resin, heather honey, green apple, pear, cracked black pepper and dried herbs.
Palate: Creamy and full-bodied, with bold peat, sweet vanilla cream, soft pine, woodsmoke, damp forest floor, dark liquorice, chocolate lime, herbal mint, soft orchard fruits, floral sweetness and nuts wrapped in milk chocolate.
Finish: Very long, with lingering bitter, smouldering ashy smoke, eucalyptus, toffee apple, vanilla and a drying, biscuit-like note.
