Nose:
Powerful and greedy. Typical Sherry aromas appear with nuts, rancio and dark chocolate. A hint of smoke suggests aromas of grilled meat with barbecue sauce.
Taste:
More greedy on the palate, this whisky remains very close to the nose and develops pastry notes with fudge and cocoa.
Finish:
The smoke is drawn on the length and gives a vegetal touch.
