Aroma
Freshly ground grain, with freshly cut oak wood, with fine and spicy wild honey, fresh and sour notes of bergamot, are reminiscent of "Earl Gray" tea, light crepe batter, freshly peeled ginger and overripe pineapple.

Palate
Spicy and slightly tart, Japanese Sencha tea, sweetened with cane sugar, slight hints of aniseed and full-bodied honey, a little orange jam. Elegant, fine, soft finish with traces of liquorice, fresh herbs and aniseed honey candies. An outstanding old grain classic with an amazing variety of flavors.
