Nose :
The scent of brown sugar is accompanied by exotic fruits and tempting chocolate. Added to this is the flavor of a good soy sauce.

Palate :
Pleasantly smoky with ripe citrus and dark chocolate. A great combination of sweet, sour and bitter tastes.

Medium length and sweet with white pepper, barbecue smoke, and juicy tangerine.
