Aroma :
Beautiful combination of salty-mineral notes and fruits: sandy beach, limestone, chalk and a sea wave with spray. Strong salt note. There are also lemon juice, green apples, lychee and gooseberries. Subtle herbal scents in the background - sweet and super round!

Taste :
Fresh sea breeze with salt, minerals and green fruits. Sour sweets and Hefeweizen beer. Grapefruits, white gummy bears and a hint of smoke. Fine herbal notes develop and the HP-typical heather honey is also in the background.

Finish :
Very long and with a nice balance between mineral-salty-tart-sour and the various green/sweet fruit notes. Hint of smoke. Real classic Highland Park
