The Caroni Rum is a blend of two casks distilled in 1997 and 1999, boasting a powerful 65.2% ABV. Since the distillery closed in 2003, its remaining stock is considered a "holy grail" for collectors, featuring notes of tropical fruits, wood, and stewed hibiscus. Meanwhile, the Carsebridge 60-Year-Old Whisky comes from a single cask (Cask No. 160237) filled in 1965. After six decades of maturation, it has evolved complex layers of toffee, toasted almonds, and crème brûlée. Master Blender Colin Scott praised it as a perfect embodiment of the elegance of whisky's golden age.
