The Climate Control Revolution at Warehouse P
To overcome the challenges of Kentucky's humid climate, which typically leads to rapid aging, the distillery utilized Warehouse P for maturation. This specially designed climate-controlled building aims to explore how a stable environment allows American Whiskey to transform with the same nuance as spirits from Scotland, Ireland, or Japan. Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley noted that precise monitoring softens barrel extraction, preserving smooth and multi-layered delicate flavors.

Bottled at 50.5% ABV, this whiskey blends aromas of caramel, nuts, and tobacco, with a palate of sweet stone fruits. The packaging also showcases high aesthetic standards; the liquid is housed in a crystal decanter decorated with hand-gilded eagle wings, and the custom display box opens to reveal the wings unfolding.
