Bar Leone Founders Partner with Rosewood Hong Kong to Debut Bespoke Negroni Trolley and Three-Pillar Cocktail Program
Lorenzo Antinori and Justin Shun Wah, co-founders of the world-acclaimed Bar Leone, have announced that their brand-new cocktail bar, Bar Camillo, will officially open at Rosewood Hong Kong on Wednesday, November 25. This collaboration brings together the team behind the world's number one bar on The 50 list and the hospitality team behind the world's top-rated hotel in 2026.
Three Distinct Menus and Tableside Cocktail Service
Bar Camillo is conceived as an extension of a welcoming living room, stripping away the formality of traditional hotel bars to create an effortless venue for gatherings and celebrations. The cocktail menu is built around three core pillars: first, aperitivi di benvenuto designed to kick off the evening; second, seasonal cocktail della casa creations that pay homage to specific historical eras through contemporary interpretations of music, art, and culture; and third, vibrant party serves crafted for high-energy celebrations.
Beyond the core menu, each guest receives a bespoke ticket upon arrival to build their personalized Negroni. Guests can freely choose their preferred spirits, garnishes, and flavor profiles, which are then mixed and served tableside directly from a dedicated Negroni cocktail trolley.
Interior Aesthetics and Collaborative Vision
The bar's interior features high-gloss timber, polished metals, and mirrored walls, tied together with a rich palette of gold, green, and cream. Seating includes long bar banquettes designed for intimate conversations and people-watching, as well as an outdoor terrace overlooking the vibrant Hong Kong skyline. The venue takes its name from Camillo, a bespoke cartoon mascot depicting a mischievous and endearing, clumsy bartender.
